Refund Policy

Due to the nature of research materials and chain-of-custody requirements, all sales are generally final. Refunds are considered for damaged, incorrect, or non-conforming shipments.

If your order arrives damaged, contact support within 48 hours with photos. We will arrange a replacement or refund at our discretion.

If you receive an incorrect item, we will correct the order at no cost. Report within 48 hours of receipt.

If a CoA or lot verification indicates a non-conforming product, contact support immediately for resolution.

Items returned without authorization, opened vials, or orders shipped to an incorrect address are not eligible for refund.

Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.
